If you opt in, Workday will share commute-related information about you with Commutifi. That includes your work location, your home address so commute distance can be calculated, and any existing records of how you get to work, such as parking, transit, bike room, or badge and program records already held by Workday.
Commutifi uses this to build a picture of how the Boulder office commutes today. Anything reported back to Workday or presented at Workday Rising is anonymized and aggregated, never individual records tied to your name. Commutifi does not sell this data or use it for any purpose outside this pilot.
You can withdraw at any time by emailing help@commutifi.com, and your data will be pulled out of the analysis. Taking part is voluntary and has no bearing on your employment.
